این اتاق مستر با ظرفیت حداکثر سه نفر در طبقه دوم با صبحانه رایگان یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی دو طبقه (10 واحدی) که بخش مرکزی آن مربوط به دوره تیموریان و بخش های اطراف مربوط به دوره صفوی می باشد با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در شهر ساوه واقع شده است.
این اتاق 14 متری ( فاقد امکان پخت و پز ) دارای دو تخت یکنفره، یک تخت دو نفره، یخچال، تلویزیون، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، رادیاتور و کولر آبی است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به محوطه فضاسازی شده اقامتگاه اشاره کرد.
در این اقامتگاه صبحانه به صورت رایگان سرو می شود.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و واحد پذیرش 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر می باشد.
