این اتاق 12 متری (فاقدامکان پخت و پز) دارای ، یک مبل تخت خواب شو دو نفره، یک سرویس کفخواب، یخچال، تلویزیون، رادیاتور، اسپلیت و حیاط اختصاصی است.
