این اتاق 18 متری ( فاقد امکان پخت و پز ) دارای یک تخت یکنفره، یک تخت دو نفره، یخچال، تلویزیون، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، رادیاتور، اسپلیت و حیاط اختصاصی است.
