This duplex and one-bedroom villa is one of the units of a boutique hotel, with its unique Bohemian architecture, located near the river in Izadshahr.
The villa's design includes a living room, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining table, a Western toilet, and a sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a Western toilet. Please note that the only bathroom in the unit is located in the bedroom, and the villa does not have a traditional Persian toilet.
The complex's yard is enclosed by a wall, and for security, a guard is stationed 24/7 in the guard room. This area is shared with other units in the complex, but each accommodation has a private backyard at the rear of the villa with a river view, a fire pit, seating, and a hot and cold jacuzzi. Please note that the villa is also equipped with CCTV cameras covering the entrance gate and the alleyway.
For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling a distance of about 200 meters.
