This 40-meter, one-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi, featuring a unique rock design, is one of the units of a beautiful boutique hotel located one kilometer from the sea beach in Izadshahr.
The suite's design includes a living area with a sleeping space, a fully furnished kitchen, a Western-style toilet, a bathroom, and a washbasin. Additionally, a jacuzzi tub is located in the unit's private backyard.
The complex's yard, which is a few steps away from the river, is enclosed by a wall. For security purposes, a guard is stationed 24/7 in the guard room. This area is shared with other units of the complex, but each accommodation has a backyard at the back of the villa with a river view, a fireplace, chairs, and a hot and cold jacuzzi. Please note that the complex is also equipped with CCTV cameras covering the entrance gate and the alleyway.
To purchase daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by walking approximately 200 meters.
Ordering lunch and dinner (seafood and local dishes) with prior coordination and serving inside the villa is possible with separate payment.
The antenna quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and the internet network coverage is 4G.
Please note that the accommodation's piped water is supplied via a tank, so it is recommended that dear guests bring bottled water for drinking.
