This duplex villa with a pool, which has two master bedrooms, is one of the units of a beautiful boutique hotel with its unique Moroccan architecture, located one kilometer from the sea beach in Izadshahr.
The villa's design is such that the ground floor has a reception area, pool entrance, fully furnished kitchen, dining table, Western toilet, bathroom, and a washbasin. On the upper floor, there are two master bedrooms, a double jacuzzi with a river view, a living space, and a terrace. Note that the villa does not have an Iranian toilet.
The complex's courtyard, a few steps from the river, is enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour security guard is stationed in the guard room to ensure and maintain security. This area is shared with other units of the complex, but each accommodation has a private backyard behind the villa with a river view, fire pit, chairs, and a hot and cold jacuzzi. The villa is also equipped with CCTV cameras covering the entrance gate and the alley area.
For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling a distance of about 200 meters.
Ordering lunch and dinner (seafood and local dishes) with prior arrangement and serving inside the villa is possible at an additional cost.
